Do you offer onboarding or training?

Can we request a feature?
Definitely — email us at hello@manufacturerp.co.uk. We build this for real manufacturing businesses, and a lot of what's already in the system started as exactly that kind of request.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU (London, UK) region, encrypted at rest. We're UK GDPR-compliant, and your own subscription payments are collected by Direct Debit via GoCardless — your bank details never touch our servers.
Does it support multi-currency?
Yes — quote, invoice, and get paid in any of 16 currencies, flowing straight into Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage without re-typing a thing.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one working day, usually much sooner — every message is read and answered personally, there's no support ticket queue or chatbot in the way.
