Worked example
A team of 4 office staff and 8 workshop operators: £149 base (covers 5 seats — all 4 office seats, plus 1 workshop seat) + 7 additional workshop seats (£70) = £219/month ex-VAT.
This includes your ISO 9001 quality management system
Non-conformances, CAPA, internal audits, risk register, equipment calibration, training records, supplier and customer scorecards, and management review — all in. Most businesses buy quality management as its own separate subscription, on top of everything else. There's no separate module or upgrade here: it's part of the same £149/month base plan as the rest of the system, for every seat, from day one. Need ISO 14001 as well? It's covered too — permits, emergency plans, and monthly environmental readings, on the same system.

Is there a contract?
No contracts and no setup fees. Cancel any time from Organisation Settings → Billing — it takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I bring in my existing customers and products?
Yes. Bulk import tools bring your existing customer list in from any CRM or spreadsheet in minutes — you map the columns, we handle the rest.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything, any time, while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your data — typically within 30 days — except financial records like invoices and orders, which UK law requires us to keep for several years for tax purposes.
Is my data secure and GDPR-compliant?
Your data is hosted in the EU (London, UK) region and encrypted at rest. We're UK GDPR-compliant, and your own subscription payments are collected by Direct Debit via GoCardless — your bank details never touch our servers.
Does it connect to my accounting software?
Yes — invoices flow straight into Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage, in any of 16 currencies, without re-typing a thing.
Can I control who sees what?
Yes. Seven roles — Management, Finance, HR, Sales, Workshop, Buyer, and Quality — control exactly what each person can see and do. It's enforced by the system, not just a polite request.
Does the AI feature cost extra?
No — AI Insights and the AI assistant are part of the base plan for every seat. Connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google API key from Organisation Settings, and you're billed directly by them, at their own rates, for what you actually use. We don't add a markup or a separate AI subscription.
Can the price change later?
We'll always give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change takes effect, so you're never surprised by your bill.
